At its regularly scheduled meeting on November 24, 2008 the Board of Selectmen voted to:

• call the Annual Town Election on Monday, March 2, 2009;
• close the Warrant for the 2009 Annual Town Meeting on Monday, December 29, 2008 at 4:30 p.m.; and
• set the date for the first session of the 2009 Annual Town Meeting on Monday, March 23, 2009.

A memo on the possible adoption, by Lexington, of the state's Group Insurance Commission (GIC) health insurance program, by Michael Kennealy and Deborah Brown is in the Documents of continuing interest section.

The Presentation to the TMMA Executive Board by the Assessors on the Residential Assessment process is now in the Documents of continuing interest section along with the supplementary exhibits.
